Next generation positioning cushions

Sleep positioning at it's best

Next Generation Positioning Cushions are developed to stabilise and ensure that the user is positioned with the aim of making the best opportunities of 24 hour care.
Become A Dealer
The Next Generation positioning pillows have a weight and stability that ensures that the person lies in the desired position, without the pillows collapsing or sliding away under stress over time. The cushions can be modulated in small adjustment areas and retain the desired shape that supports the person. They also excel at minimal heat build-up with resulting moisture.
Dynamic bullets
All cushions are filled with small, oval-shaped, dynamic bullet which are soft and stabilising. Even after 50,000 times of pressure loading, the bullets retain their shape and stability. The bullets are sealed, waterproofed, anti-bacterial and fire retardant.
Temperature control
The technology behind the filling in the next generation cushions includes protection against heat and moisture accumulation.
Weight and stability
Next Generation Positioning Cushions have a weight and stability that will make sure that the patient stays in position. The cushions can be adjusted in areas, so they support the users body shape and needs.

Good for pressure care

Next Generation Positioning Cushions also allow for micro positioning, for cases where isolation of tender or healing injuries is ideal.

The Fabric

The cushion outer is made in a PU material so it is breathable, stretchable, anti-bacterial, waterproof and fire retardant. The PU material is approved against liquid penetration and used for PPE classification 3B Standard against Virus penetration. Next Generation Positioning Cushions are easy to clean and maintain.

Covers

The Next Generation cushion covers are breathable, stretchable, liquid-proof, antibacterial and fire-retardant.
Seahorse Cushion
The seahorse makes it possible to make a stable side lay and lay with one and the same pad. It is easy to make a rearrangement from 70 degrees to 30 degrees. The pillow can also be used for 135 degree lying, here it is placed in front.
U-Cushion
The cushion is the basic element in semifowler position with 30 degrees elevated truncus and head. The design of the pillow ensures a stable semifowler position with stable support for the truncus and head.
Fixzy Cushion
The Fixzy has been developed with a focus on creating a safe and simple lateral position for people who do not need massive demarcation. At the same time, it allows people with reduced truncal stability and balance to lie in a side position, where the rectal angle is maintained.
Lap Pillow
The cushion has many possible uses and combinations. It can be used in the lap for the purpose of relieving stress on the forearms, SI stimulation and during sitting activities in bed or in a chair.
Ear Cushion
The ear cushion prevents pressure on the ear. The design also creates the possibility of using the pillow to expose a smaller area, for example particularly exposed bone projections. At the same time, the pressure distribution is distributed around the exposed area.
Main Stabilizer cushion
The pillow ensures small but important changes in position. The pillow has a multitude of uses. It can easily be used to fill cavities in connection with malpositions and contractures. It can also be used to create lumbar sway when the pelvis tends to rotate backwards, which creates a better sitting position in bed and in a chair.
Bookend Cushion
The design of the bookend offers many possibilities of use and can be compared to a bookend. It can be used as a stabilizer pillow in side lying, support the elbow joint and forearm when supine. The pillow also excels for people with reduced head control who require stable support. This is to prevent false sinking.
Cylinder cushion
With great functionality and variety the cylinder can be used as a stabilizer under the knees to avoid shear in connection with back/semi-fowler and side-lying positions in the back. It is also very useful between the knees and or in front in side lying for the restless person who needs reassurance and SI stimulation.
Flex Arms
create or recover the person's neutral position, where the arms are supported close to the midline. This supports the body's natural movement pattern. The pillow's arms create calmness, security and demarcation, which also has a great influence on the person's level of function and general condition.
Oval Cushion
The oval pillow is intended as a support pillow, which offers many options in terms of filling the "cavity" between the body and the substrate.
Slope Cushion
slope pillow helps to prevent incorrect postures such as adduction and abduction around the knee. In addition, the pillow can be used in cases where the hinges of the bed do not match the human anatomy.
Butterfly Neck Cushion
The unique design of the butterfly neck pillow ensures that the position of the neck is maintained in people with reduced head control. The filling forms inside the pillow so that the desired position is maintained. The size of the pillow ensures that the person's vision is not impaired.
Heel/Arm Wedge Cushion
It is possible to achieve a total relief of the heels in connection with the prevention of pressure ulcers. The design and material are both stable and malleable. So the arm or calf is relieved into the material, and the voids between the body part and the base/mattress are filled. This is to create the greatest possible pressure distribution, while maintaining the angle.
Flexo Pad
The flexo pad is the ultimate one. The length and weight of the pillow make it possible, both light and flexible, to camp with one and the same pillow in the supine - semifowler position, lying on the side at 30, 70 and 90 degrees and almost in the prone position at 135 degrees. The pillow is sewn with 2 channels, which ensures that the pillow's filling does not disappear under the person during re-positioning. Stability and demarcation are the key words here, and conceived together with increased flexibility in the possibilities of use.
H-Cushion
The H-pillow is particularly suitable for resting legs in a side-lying position. To correct adduction and tone of the UE, with a focus on alignment. In addition, the pillow can be used in the supine position to prevent abduction of the UE and ensure that the heels are free from the surface if there is a risk of developing pressure ulcers.
